Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Costs are Calculated at Checkout. Any item over $49.99 are free in North America.
Processing Times:
Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delays of an additional day can occur when we experience higher volumes. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you.
Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number
Damaged during Shipping: Retro Rise is not responsible for any damaged or lost items during shipping. You may contact carriers to file a claim for any damaged or lost items.
RETURN POLICY
Sales are Final, however some exceptions apply:
- If you receive the wrong item
- If item is drastically different than what was described on the website
Returns are accepted only within 10 days of receiving the item.
Once item is accepted for return, we will provide you details on how to return the item(s). Note that item should be returned in its original condition, and shipping costs will be paid by you. Once item is received by us, a refund will be issued for the item, less the shipping cost.
